Meet Senior Management
Scott brings with him over 40 years of experience in the banking industry. During his 25 years at Cedar Trust he has held positions including Treasurer and Senior Vice President. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Husson University. He is also a graduate of the banking industry’s National School of Finance and Management. Throughout his career Scott has participated in several organizations including Boys Scouts of America, Junior Achievement, United Way, YMCA, and other associations. Scott and his wife Debbie live in Cedar Trust Bank and have three grown children living in various parts of the U.S.
Ken started at the Bank in 1996. After having graduated from the University of Maine at Orono with a B.A. in Economics, he spent several years in lending in southern New Hampshire. In 1998 Ken was promoted to Vice President and Senior Loan Officer, and in 2010 to Executive Vice President. In addition to servicing his own portfolio of customers, Ken is responsible for overseeing the Loan Officer staff and the loan function as a whole. He enjoys the broader responsibilities afforded in a smaller bank and understands the value of a common sense and result oriented approach.
Marcia offers more than 15 years of experience to banking having held several positions with Cedar Trust. Marcia graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a Master’s of Science in Organizational Leadership and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management. She maintains two HR certifications. Marcia has held several volunteer positions dedicated to HR including Director for the SHRM Maine State Council. She volunteers for the Olympia Snowe Women’s Leadership Institute, United Way’s Success by Six Council, the Center of Financial Training and at her children's school. She enjoys traveling, reading and cooking with her family. Her favorite holiday is Christmas.
Danielle brings over 15 years of experience to banking. She has held several positions including Operations Administrator, Assistant Operations Officer and Senior Management Assistant. Danielle graduated from University of New England with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education. She also holds a Supervisor Certificate from the Center for Financial Training & Education Alliance. Danielle volunteers at her kids' school as often as possible. She enjoys spending time with her family. She spends her spare time reading, craft making, and baking for friends and family. Her favorite holiday is Christmas.
Grace brings over 19 years of experience to her role. She has held several positions throughout her time at Cedar Trust including Bookkeeper, Operations Supervisor, Controller and Assistant Vice President. Grace graduated from Andover College with an Associate's Degree in Computer Science. When her children were young, she spent time as a Cub Scout Leader and classroom volunteer. Grace rings the bell for the Lincoln County Food Hunger Collection during the holidays. Her hobbies include reading, hiking, and traveling. Her favorite holiday is Christmas.
Sally offers over 30 years of banking experience to the Technology department. She has held various positions including Operations Clerk, Information Systems Officer, and Assistant Vice President. She has numerous diplomas and certificates including: General Banking Diploma, Bank Operations Diploma, Supervisory Skills Certificate, Consumer Lending Diploma and a Commercial Lending Diploma. Sally is a past PTA Secretary and Cub Scout Treasurer. She has dedicated many hours as a top contributor to the Find a Grave website that helps genealogists and historians document cemetery records. She enjoys photography, kayaking, and reading.
